Water Street newcomer Blue Sushi Sake Grill has added three new options to its Veggie Maki menu selections: Just Beet It (goat cheese and beets), Shiitake to Me (wild mushrooms with shiitake tempura) and Thai Hippie (tofu tempura and avocado). The three new rolls join vegan favorites like the Cowgirl Roll (sriracha-fried onion rings) and the Eden Roll (sweet potato tempura). Try them all at Blue Sushi’s daily happy hour, 3:00 to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday and Sunday noon to 9:00 p.m.
