If you’re the type who likes to get a leg up on the new year, then there’s a race for you — the 1st Run 2021.

Sponsored by Virtual Run Challenge, runners choose the date and location of their 5K then log in their results. There are two levels: free participant and standard participant. Free participants receive a digital finisher medal, plus a downloadable race bib and finisher certificate. If you prefer real hardware, you can order a finisher metal, Official Tyvek race bib and downloadable finisher certificate for $28 as a standard participant.
