Master the craft of artisan pizza from executive chef Troy Tornabeni, who will demonstrate how the dough is made before teaching how to make a perfectly seasoned sauce from scratch. Add cheese and your favorite toppings, then enjoy a house salad while your pizza cooks; drinks and desserts will be available for purchase. You’ll leave this masterclass with the recipe for the pizza sauce, dough, and a piece of the sourdough starter so you can take your skills to the next level by making the crust from scratch, too. Ingredients provided. All skill levels welcome. The Drury Lane Kitchen Masterclass series takes place under the tented, heated Drury Lane Canopy. $50.
