The themes associated with Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. are well known, and nearly 50 years after his death, still timely and relevant. This concert begins and ends with gospel and spirituals from the Apostolic Church of God Sanctuary Choir and bass virtuoso Victor Wooten joins the orchestra for the Illinois premiere of “The Bass Whisperer.”
