Chalk it up! In celebration of Unplug Illinois on July 11, chalk artists of all ages are encouraged to use their St. Charles driveways as canvas and get creative. Submit your photo with the title and artist’s age to lyuill@stcparks.org by July 11. Photos will be posted on the St. Charles Park District’s Facebook page on July 13 for voting. The photo with the most likes will be announced at 4 p.m. on July 17; the winning artist will win a prize.
