One of the largest free outdoor drive-through holiday light displays in Northern Illinois, the Aurora Festival of Lights, returns for its 13th year with even more dazzling displays that will delight both adults and children. Delight in the twinkling, shimmering snowflakes high above the trees, and gaze with wonder at the 20-foot singing, dancing Christmas tree. The festival is open from 5 to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 5 to 10 p.m. Friday through Saturday. Free. Donations encouraged.
