The Morton Arboretum’s Illumination: Tree Lights returns for its eighth year as a reimagined driving experience, allowing visitors to remain in the warmth of their vehicles while taking in the exhibition. Guests can tune in to a customized musical soundtrack on their radios while driving. The new paved route will take guests deeper into the Arboretum woods than ever before, and features five new visual exhibits. Illumination will be open holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas, in addition to New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. $29 to $49 per vehicle.
