North Central College’s Office of International Programs will host the 17th annual International Festival from noon to 4 p.m. on Sunday, February 9 in the Merner Field House, 450 South Brainard.  The festival will feature educational exhibits, international cuisine, performances and more.  Tickets are $7 at the door or $5 in advance from the Office of International Programs, 48 E.
