Executive Chef Austin Fausett will guide you through his mushroom risotto recipe step-by- step via Zoom. Register here, then order your ingredient kit for curbside pickup. Registrants will receive a Zoom link via email.

Complete your registration, then visit the Che Figata To Go! page to order your cooking kit with ingredients to serve four for $44. Kits contain:

  • Local Maitake and Cremini mushrooms

  • Fresh spring peas

  • Fresh herbs: rosemary, thyme, oregano, Italian parsley

  • Parmesan stock

  • Butter

  • Grated Parmesan-Reggiano

  • Shallots

  • Acquerello aged Carnaroli rice

  • Garnish composed of Pea tendrills, Pecorino cheese & braised red cabbage

You’ll also need:

  • Two large saute pans

  • One small sauce pan

  • One large sauce pan

  • Ladle

  • Spatula

  • Salt & pepper

  • Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil (available to order with kit at an additional cost)
