The Lost Chapters are an ever-changing palette of enticing wines from Napa Valley–based J. McClelland Cellars. While fifth-generation winemaker Paul Scotto searches for just the right barrel lots to fit the profile of each bottling for his family winery, those he deems deserving of their own place become The Lost Chapters—and most likely would not be repeated in future vintages. A wild game–themed menu is being prepared by the chefs at CityGate Grille to pair with the wines. $130/person; 30 person maximum.
