Chicago Sinfonietta has presented a concert to celebrate the birth and legacy of Martin Luther King Jr. since its inception—a testament to its mission of diversity, inclusion, and equity. This year’s concert includes Patty Griffin’s “Up to the Mountain,” “The Seven Last Words of the Unarmed,” Mahler’s Symphony No. 2 (“Resurrection” Symphony) and other pieces.
