Naperville Sunrise Rotary, in partnership with the Water Street Downtown Naperville, Marquette and Ryan Hill Group presents the eighth-annual Naper Lights event located along Water Street, overlooking the south side of Naperville’s Riverwalk. Water Street will be converted into a winter wonderland, with a combination of holiday displays and music. Free. Donations encouraged.
