Naperville Sister Cities Commission will celebrate international culture at Wentz Hall in the Center for Fine Arts, 171 E. Chicago Ave., on Friday, April 17 at 8 p.m. with a performing arts exposition. Following the gala, the general public is invited to enjoy an international program honoring our cultural, educational, humanitarian and economic exchanges.
