Naperville-based RJM Strategy Group will host its Real-World Safety/Self-Defense Workshop for ages 13-adult.

The two-hour workshop will include 30 minutes of instruction on situational awareness, personal safety and avoiding confrontations and assaults. The last 90 minutes will instruct participants on basic self-defense skills. Both male and female instructors will be on hand to assist participants. Attendees should come dressed for a light cardio workout.
