A Family-Friendly New Year’s Eve Celebration. Enjoy the final day of 2015 shopping, dining and celebrating downtown leading up to a 6pm countdown to ring in the New Year at the base of the Carillon at Rotary Hill (they’ll be another countdown to 2016 at Midnight). Your day downtown includes roving merriment, scavenger hunt for prizes, sales and celebration.
