Head to the Millennium Carillon for a Halloween-themed concert! The Scare-illon concert will feature both classical and popular music with spooky and atmospheric themes. Special guests this year include Élan Dance Company dancers, who will dance to the live Carillon music. 7 pm The Carillon is located at the base of Rotary Hill at 443 W.
