The fourth annual North Central College Sounds of New Music Festival features a performance by Fonema Consort. Founded by singer Nina Dante and composers Pablo Chin and Edward Hamel, Fonema Consort has put down roots to become a national and international performing entity. 8 p.m. at Wentz Concert Hall at the Fine Arts Center, 171 E.
