Historic Downtown Long Grove is bringing back its annual homage to strawberries: Top-notch musical talent along with three days committed to all things strawberry, from chefs shelling out prime rib sandwiches lathered in strawberry salsa to hungry bellies competing in strawberry pie-eating contests. The fest will also feature Kid Zone, with events such as a water balloon toss, flower crown arts, ballroom dancing and junior knight training. Friday 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
