Guests will have the opportunity to sample a wonderful variety of wine and liquor provided by the evening’s purveyor, Prestige Countryside Liquors. Wines will be accompanied by exquisite hors d’oeuvres, prepared by the zoo’s talented culinary staff. Guests who discover a new favorite will also be able to purchase a bottle. 10 percent of all proceeds from wine purchases during the evening will be donated back to Brookfield Zoo.
