End Date/Time: December 03, 2016

Three-time Guinness World Record holder Chef Alain Roby will celebrate the three-year anniversary of his creation of the World’s Longest Candy Cane. Live Reindeer will be on hand with their elves for guests to greet and pet, Balloon Artists will create balloon candy canes for children, and dancers from the Alma Dance School will perform as Chef Roby presents a 10-foot long smaller replica of his Guinness World Record-breaking 51 ft. candy cane at his store in Geneva. The 10-foot long candy cane will be broken into tiny pieces with a “magical” golden hammer by Chef Roby and Ella Joy for all guests to enjoy. Ella Joy is seven years old and was diagnosed with stage 4 Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma T-Cell cancer in 2013. After two and a half years of battling the cancer with chemotherapy, Ella has been in remission since January 2016. Ella and her family have attended the One Step Chicago Day Camp and One Step Family Camp for the past two years. During the celebration, guests will have a chance to see Chef Roby’s newest larger than life chocolate sculpture, the Enchanted Castle. Made with 200 pounds of white chocolate, the castle will stand ten-feet tall and will have six towers. Once it is finished, the castle will be displayed at the All Chocolate Kitchen for everyone to see.
