Mom deserves the best this Mother’s Da. Why not make it easy on yourself, and enjoyable for mom, by treating her to a memorable Mother’s Day brunch. According to the National Restaurant Association, more than a quarter of American adults celebrated Mother’s Day by dining out last year.

With so many choices available, here are just a few of the best bets for Mother’s day brunch in the Naperville area. Prices and seating times may vary depending on availability.

Catch 35 is offering a Mother’s Day all you care to enjoy buffet brunch menu from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The cost is $35.95 for adults, $13.95 for children ages 6-12, and kids under 5 eat free. The brunch menu will include their popular crab cake eggs benedict, scrambled eggs, peach and blueberry French toast, applewood smoked bacon, pork and sage sausage links, Yukon gold potatoes O’Brien. The lunch items include shrimp fried rice, Thai basil chicken, sour cream and chives potatoes, stir fried mixed vegetable, szechwan scallops, filet mignon medallions, two kinds of smoked salmon, not to mention all desserts are made in house. There will also be a cold station with an assortment of fresh fruit, artisan cheese tray, two kinds of salads and jumbo shrimp cocktail. In addition to the brunch, they will also offer their regular menu, plus a few dinner specials at night. Reservations are required, a credit card is necessary to secure a table.

Sullivan’s Steakhouse will offer two serving times options on Mother’s Day. Brunch will start at 10 a.m. and continue until 2:30 p.m. featuring an assortment of mouth-watering special brunch menu items created just for mom. For someone who has given so much, a memorable way to say thank you is to treat mom with a special meal at Morton’s Steakhouse in Naperville. This year, the popular steakhouse is featuring a surf and turf special including a 6oz filet mignon and 6oz lobster tail for $55. Their regular dinner menu will also be offered all day. Morton’s will be open from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Mother’s Day.

SugarToad, at Hotel Arista, will be celebrating mom for the entire month of May. The May Menu Series is simply titled “Mom” for a menu that is inspired by the most special woman in our lives. Three courses for $30, four courses for $40, add wine pairings for $60. The special menu is available nightly in May and on Mother’s Day. SugarToad is also hosting its second annual Mother’s Day Facebook event. They are looking for the best mom recipes and encouraging moms, and their children, to submit the recipes on the SugarToad Facebook page. Mother’s Day brunch, with many traditional items and kid friendly options, at CityGate Grille will be served from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Buffet items include scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage links, waffles, eggs benedict, an omelet station, a smoked ham carving station, breakfast potatoes, assorted bagels, pastries, and biscuits and sausage gravy. Lunch options include chicken with capers and lemon, herb roasted beef tenderloin, baked salmon with lemon-dill cream, a chilled seafood platter featuring shrimp cocktail, oysters and smoked salmon, eight finger cavatelli with Italian sausage, spinach, vodka tomato cream and fresh mozzarella, penne with shrimp, asparagus, sweet peas and fennel in a lemon-parmesan cream, and a garden salad bar.
