A 90-unit community set for Naperville’s northeast side

The Naperville City Council recently approved a new rental development plan from Lincoln Property Company on an eight-plus-acre site currently just outside the city limits in unincorporated DuPage County. When completed, The Residences at Naper & Plank will encompass a community of 34 townhomes and 56 row houses with two- and three-bedroom configurations ranging in size from 1,550 to 1,950 square feet. The developer expects to break ground before the end of this year, with the first units available for lease in the first quarter of 2026 and all construction completed by the second quarter of 2027.
