South Side Sites

Naperville’s far south side continues as a housing hotbed, with two recently approved developments getting underway on sites in unincorporated Will County that will eventually be annexed into the city. Taking shape on an eight-acre plot off of Book Road and just north of 111th Street is the Reserves of Saddle Creek, which will ultimately include 14 single-family homes. Farther west on 111th Street, meanwhile, M/I Homes is constructing Everly Trace (rendering at right), a 68-townhome development on the 10-acre site of a former landscape supply company.
