If you’re looking for a special dish for Valentine’s Day, chateaubriand from Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille in Oak Brook certainly fits the bill. Carved tableside (when feasible), the classic French fillet is served with asparagus—a “melt-in-your-mouth favorite,” says chef Grant Hunter.
