Downtown continues to stand out as the place to be for many aspiring Naperville homebuyers—and townhomes continue to be the way many of them are getting there. Developer M/I Homes is counting on that trend to persist as it starts work on Benton + Main, a new community of 11 townhomes coming to the corner of, you guessed it, Benton Avenue and Main Street. The four-level designs, ranging in size from 2,612 to 4,009 square feet, will offer three to five bedrooms, 3.5 to 4.5 baths, private rooftop terraces, basements, and rear-entrance two-car garages. Move-in is slated for summer 2027.
