The magazine’s annual readers’ choice event honored 120 finalists in 40 categories

Close to 300 guests came together on a gorgeous July evening to celebrate the winners and finalists in Naperville magazine’s 2018 signature event. Attendees were greeted with blue bubbly provided by Bronco Wines and the Center for Cosmetic and Laser Surgery, while enjoying appetizers and an interactive Alfresco Booth photo light ring sponsored by Naperville Dental Specialists/Innovative Orthodontic Centers/Innovative Pediatric Dentistry. Emcees from 95.9 The River, Scott Mackay and Danielle Tufano, provided playful banter throughout the awards ceremony, as guests savored herb-rubbed beef tenderloin plus chocolate tartlets and opera cake. 

A third-party tabulator analyzed 19,393 votes captured on the magazine’s website between January 1 and May 15. The finalists were published in the July issue, and winners were announced by Mackay and Tufano that evening and were included in a feature story in the magazine’s August issue, which was debuted at the event.
