A significant mixed-use development recently was approved for northwest Naperville, which will include residential, office, entertainment, and hotel spaces on a 100-acre parcel along Route 59 and I-88. Temporarily dubbed CityGate West, the $200 million project has been a 25-year goal of Inter-Continental Real Estate. CEO Aristotle Halikias describes the community as an “art-inspired economic gateway,” which will feature art installations through a partnership with Century Walk.
