ET Indoor Triathalon

The ET Indoor Triathlon Series is presented by Experience Triathlon and The Labs USA. This, the last in the ET series, is a fun way for triathletes of all levels to get ready for the season. The one-hour event includes ten minutes of pool swimming, a ten-minute transition, thirty minutes on studio spin bikes, a five-minute transition and twenty minutes of treadmill running. Results are measured by how far you go in each of the three events. Volunteers will record your distances. Waves of four athletes will start every twenty minutes.
