Have You Tagged a Monarch Butterfly?

As monarchs prepare to make their annual trek back to Mexico, families are invited to partake in ‘tagging,’ a practice that helps scientists to track the patterns of these insects. Guests will be given nets and instructions on how to tag. Then, children will be allowed to apply the tracking sticker to the captured butterflies before they are released.
