What better way to spend a lazy, hazy summer day than at a picnic, while enjoying old-fashioned games, contests and an apple pie competition. Bring your own picnic lunch to enjoy on the grounds. Our historic homes and businesses will also be open for touring from 10 a.m.-4 p.m.  Under 4 years,  Naperville residents and members are admitted FREE.  All activities are included with admission.

Games and activities include:

  • Penny Candy Walk
  • Egg Relay Race
  • Hula Hoop Contest
  • Bert the Barber
  • Kevin Presbrey family sing-along
  • Cookies and lemonade for 25 cents (bring your quarters!)
  • Joe Naper Fire Pumper demonstration at 2:45 p.m.
