One of the priciest properties in Naperville history is back on the market—with even more amenities

Prospective homebuyers often map out their search by starting with a list of must-haves: a big yard, finished basement, ample closet space, etc. But when it comes to the estate at 28W660 Perkins Court in Naperville, now on the market for an eye-popping $9.85 million, you’d be hard-pressed to find any wish-list feature lacking. Inside the more than 20,000 square feet of interior space, the sheer abundance of seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms probably won’t even scratch the surface of things that will make a prospective buyer’s jaw drop. More likely to inspire that reaction would be things like the gaming room with its personal ATM; the craft room with its built-in wall candy dispenser; the full gym behind a custom vault door (featuring a private spa area with sauna, hot tub, and separate cold-plunge pool); or the theater room, which features leather recliner seating, a galaxy twinkle ceiling, and a Steinway audio system (the only one of its kind in the area, according to listing agent Katherine Karvelas of @properties Christie’s International Real Estate).

And it’s probably OK to go ahead and let that jaw continue to drag on the ground as one moves out to the grounds. After all, it’ll just wind up back down there anyway after walking past the nine-car garage (part of which has been converted into a separate duplex with private entry) to take in the veritable amusement park of features and attractions spread across those three acres, including an in-ground pool with fire and water features, theater screen, kitchen, full bathroom, soccer field, sport court, putting green, in-ground trampoline, and park/play area.

Maybe “this home has it all” isn’t just a real estate marketing cliché after all?
