The Neuqua Valley grad and budding country star opens for Brantley Gilbert on the Ribfest main stage

An Early Calling
While I grew up listening to all genres of music, I decided to go down the country music path because I fell in love with the way every country song is a relatable story that can either make you want to party or kiss somebody or cry, sometimes all in the same song. The idea of being able to connect and bring people together like that with a simple three-minute song still amazes me.

From One ’Ville to Another
I moved down to Nashville about a year and a half ago because it’s such a special place for songwriters and artists—there’s just so much electricity and inspiration and creativity in the air. Being in rooms with amazing songwriters and artists has helped me grow an incredible amount in just the relatively short time I’ve called this place home.

Coming Home
I’ve been going to Ribfest and watching the bands play ever since I was a kid, but I never thought I’d be up there one day. So this is a real “full circle” moment for me. It’s definitely going to be an awesome show and an unforgettable moment in my musical journey, and I hope to make my hometown proud!
