Oak Brook’s El Tapeo Modern Spanish Kitchen (2100 Spring Road) has relaunched with a new menu and regular food-focused events. Executive Chef Matthew Cappellini will host monthly Chef’s Table dinners for those interested in the art of Spanish cooking and wine. Weekly pre-fixe menus on Wednesday nights will feature a three-course meal for $38. And Friday is Paella Night, where endless servings of the rice dish will be served for $18 per person.
