Looking to create a one-stop shop for real-estate services in the western suburbs, Baird & Warner broke ground in late November on a new 15,000-square-foot custom-built office on Aurora Avenue in Naperville. The new hub is set to house up to 500 agents and accommodate all three of the company’s business lines—brokerage, mortgage, and title—under a single roof when it opens later this year. “Baird & Warner is the longest-standing real estate office in Naperville, and this new location will further cement our partnerships and relationships with the thousands of businesses and residents who call this great suburb home,” says fifth-generation owner Steve Baird.
