Naperville’s second Costco is set to open August 19 at 1199 East Ogden Avenue, the site of a former Kmart space that has been vacant since the store closed in 2013. “The owner of the other half of the center has done a major façade improvement to H Mart and Dollar Tree,” says Christine Jeffries, president of the Naperville Development Partnership.
