Geneva, IL (February 17, 2022) – Hogan Design & Construction (HDC) is embarking on a 1 Million Meals initiative to benefit our collective community. Launching to-day and over the next 10 years, the HDC Project Hope program will strive to feed 1MM community members facing hunger. Teaming with Tony Robbins and Feeding America, HDC is committed to doing its part to help eradicate hunger in our region and the U.S. In honor of Random Acts of Kindness Week 2022, HDC will match dollar for dollar up to $5,000 USD, donated from February 13th through February 19th, 2022.
According to Feeding America and the USDA, more than 38 million people, including 12 million children, in the United States are food insecure. Many households that experience food insecurity do not qualify for federal nutrition programs and visit their local food banks and other food programs for extra support.
Giving back to the community is nothing new for the HDC team. Their Project Hope program has been in existence for several years, providing financial endowments, labor, time, and materials support to worthy organizations and individuals in the community in which they live and serve. “I can’t think of a better way to help those in our community seeking sustenance and support,” said Brian Hogan, Owner, and Founder of Hogan De-sign & Construction (HDC). “The need continues and the impact each dollar makes is so important to the lives of our friends and neighbors.” For more information and, to donate, please visit the HDC Feeding America fundraising website.
