With funds raised by the 2022 Holiday Parade of Lights, the Rotary Club of Naperville awarded more than $70,000 to 13 local nonprofits February 9.
Alumna Tracie Morris was the keynote speaker at North Central College’s MLK Vision Day Luncheon January 16.
Andy Kurth of Weed Man FRI Group presented a $30,000 check to Abby Ristow of Ronald McDonald House Charities. Every year Weed Man of Naperville selects a charitable cause and collects donations from employees and customers.
Kids can build, climb, jump, and draw their way through mathematical concepts at the just-opened Math Connections exhibit running through 2023 at DuPage Children’s Museum.
Naperville deputy police chief Bob Lee spoke with residents January 24 at a Chat With the Chief event at Sweetwaters Coffee and Tea.
Naper Settlement and the Naperville Art League host a new exhibit Inspiring Curiosity, which features more than 60 works of art by 36 league members. The show runs through April 7 at Naper Settlement.
